Pêche au lac des Perches

A high-altitude lake at 1,000 metres, accessible only on foot – so make sure you wear suitable footwear!
Classified as Category 1 and subject to the Fisheries Act.
Catch limits: 4 salmonids and 2 carp (carp weighing over 3kg must be released)
Fish species: brown trout, lake trout, Arctic char, brook trout and cristivomers.
Number of rods: 2
Fishing permits: day, weekly (7 consecutive days) or annual
Fishing permits are available online at www.cartedepeche.fr, at the Masevaux-Niederbruck Tourist Office, at the Riesenwald farm inn in Rimbach and at the Auberge du Neuweiher in Oberbruck.
Access: on foot only from the village of Rimbach-près-Masevaux via the Riesenwald farmhouse inn or via the Neuweiher lakes.
Camping is prohibited here.
