Discover this spacious house, ideal for holidays with family or friends on the banks of the Loire. Situated in the heart of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, just a stone's throw from Mont Glone, it's the perfect starting point for beautiful walks.

You can gather around the fireplace in a warm and friendly living room. The swimming pool is also one of the house's major assets, providing precious moments of relaxation for young and old alike.

On the ground floor, the house comprises a pleasant living room with fireplace, a fitted and equipped kitchen, and a conservatory bathed in light. There is also a storeroom and a study that can double as a bedroom thanks to its comfortable sofa bed.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a dormitory with three single beds for children, and two further bedrooms with double beds. A separate shower room completes the sleeping area.

Finally, there is a fully enclosed garden. There's a terrace, barbecue area and heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-September.

And what's more, every Friday evening from 3 July to 7 August, enjoy the Podiums Florentais from 7pm to midnight, with street concerts to liven up the evening.
