Vignoble Réthoré Davy

In the Pays des Mauges, on 40 hectares of different slopes and terroirs of quartz and schist, Martine & Christophe Réthoré, the owners, have been running this vineyard for over 30 years, now joined by their daughter Lise, the third generation.
The wine here is expressive, varietal and mineral... These three wine enthusiasts will tell you the story of this land, the men and their vines that have produced exceptional wines.
The estate has chosen to adhere to the "Vignerons Indépendant" charter, which defines the cultivation, production and marketing of its wines. The estate is also certified Organic (AB) from the 2025 vintage.
Grape varieties represented: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Chenin, Viognier, Syrah, Côt, as well as two traditional methods.
