La Demoiselle

Welcome to "La Demoiselle", a comfortable gîte with 3 beautiful suites, on the banks of the Loire in Les Ponts de Cé.

Angers is an attractive tourist destination, with its combination of greenery, history and culture. Close to the Layon and Aubance vineyards and the typical villages on the banks of the Loire and Maine rivers... Leave your car at the gîte and take the easy bus route to visit Angers in an environmentally-friendly way.

[ACCOMMODATION ]
Climb a few steps to reach the entrance hall, which leads to a contemporary 22m² kitchen with a lovely dining area, the first suite and a toilet. A wood-burning stove provides a warm and friendly atmosphere. One level down, the lounge with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables opens onto the south-facing terrace. On the first floor, you'll find 2 beautiful suites.

The suites with en suite facilities are between 20 and 24m². They all have a 160x200cm bed, television, private shower room with basin, shower and toilet, storage space and tasteful decoration.

The house has kept a few old features to create a warm, cosy atmosphere: original parquet floors, cement tiles, wooden staircase, etc. The large windows give the rooms plenty of natural light. The antique furniture adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home! Even though it's in an urban environment, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace under a pergola with an electric barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, armchairs and a coffee table...

End-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, made-up beds... Everything is included, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the mild climate of Angers.

Shops and transport a 7-minute walk away, Angers 10 minutes by car. Things to do nearby: Terra Botanica, Château d'Angers, Musée Jean Lurçat, Loire river cruise, Loire by bike, Angers city centre with the Cité, David d'Angers gallery, nearby châteaux such as Brissac, Serrant, Le Plessis-Bourré, Le Plessis-Macé...
Less than 2 km from the gîte, the Ponts-de-Cé bathing facility offers a refreshing break on the banks of the Loire, ideal for fine weather.
