Renovated house with a courtyard on the street side and, on the other side, a protected enclosed garden with access to the Loir, ideal for fishing or stand-up paddling.

On the garden level, a vaulted cellar houses a wellness area with an infrared sauna, complemented by an outdoor shower, with free and exclusive access all year round.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a toilet, a large bright dining room with a window overlooking the château, a lounge with a large connected TV, as well as a double bedroom and a shower room.

Wooden terrace on stilts, with outdoor dining area and barbecue. And from the terrace, a wooden staircase leads down to the enclosed garden with access to the river (lockable gate) via a small shared path.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one of which has twin beds, and a bathroom with a large corner bath.

Baby facilities available on request.

Minimum stay 2 nights.

Very well located at the foot of the Château de Durtal, on the Nantes-Angers Le Mans-Paris route. Free parking spaces and public car park.

Shops, restaurants and tourist office just 2 minutes away, as well as the banks of the River Loir for pleasant walks.
Château de Durtal open to visitors every day (except Tuesdays).
