The studio is accessed via an airlock where you can leave your shoes and jackets. The studio comprises a room with two areas, one with the bed, and the other with a kitchen, dining area and small living room.
A bathroom with WC is adjacent to this room.

Access to the dwelling is atypical. You enter via the garage, a former bowling alley. The house is a former guinguette. Once you've passed through the garage, you'll have your own entrance to the studio, independent of the rest of the house. Part of the terrace is reserved for you. You'll sometimes catch a glimpse of the owners when they access the garden below the terrace, especially when they take their little dog out for a walk.
