Initially, the marshland was used as pasture for the cows, with the Tertre Rouge stream flowing through it.
Accessible on foot from the town centre, this 2.5 ha (6 acre) area is ideal for relaxation and strolls, and fishing is allowed on this site, which was rehabilitated in 2003.
A playground area for children, a pétanque area, and picnic tables are also available.
Access: Follow “Rue des Acacias” street to the lake.
