Le Noisetier

Located in the heart of the Saint Emilion vineyards, in a quiet hamlet in the small village of Montagne-Saint Emilion, the gîte Le Noisetier welcomes you for your stay. Housed in former outbuildings, the gîte adjoins a house and is close to another gîte (access road and shared parking adjacent to the gîte). Arranged over two levels, the first floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room, opening onto two terraces (one on the road side and the other on the parking side), a toilet (sanibroyeur) with hand-washer, a storeroom with washing machine and cleaning equipment. Upstairs is a lovely sleeping area with a 140x190cm bed, storage space, and a shower room opening onto the bedroom, with a large shower and two basins. The bedroom opens onto the staircase. The gîte is equipped with electric heating.
