Our riverside cottage is ideal for relaxation, sightseeing and fishing, thanks to the pontoon extending from the terrace. It's just a stone's throw from Saint-Emilion, the Charente and the Dordogne. Beware, as with any river house, water remains a danger for young and old alike. Various communal leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and relaxation area, are available less than 500m away. The house comprises a living room (equipped with an air-conditioning unit) with a large, comfortable sofa and a TV connected to a set-top box. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm double bed, and a private shower room (one with toilet included), separate toilet in the hallway. Bed linen, towels and heating included. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
