La Chapelle Saint Anne

On the arch surmounting the door was the following inscription:  "Sainte-Anne" followed by "Anne Catherine Darche, daughter of Guillaume Darche and Marie Barbe Baudet". "Her passion was for her during the course of her life."

In the past, the girls used to say to Sainte Anne, "Bonne Sainte Anne dol vau ?"; "C'est s't'in galant qui m'faut".
(In order words, they were looking for a good husband)
