Crossing the railway, you will discover the houses along the river Meuse, the charming "rue du rivage" where fishermen often meet each other.
And then, jewel of the village, there is the church of Montigny-sur-Meuse.
Your walk would be incomplete if you do not visit the inside of the church (ask for the key at the town hall). Built with the stone of Montigny, the building dates from the eighteenth century and hides within it a marvel of Baroque décor.
