Located just 15 kilometers from the gates of Bordeaux, in the commune of Saint André de Cubzac, on the Montalon hillside, famous for the crossing of the 45th parallel, we welcome you to the "Lodge de Mermoz".
In a haven of peace, on a wooded plot of about 3000m2, you'll enjoy this pleasant setting inspiring relaxation. The "Lodge de Mermoz" is an outbuilding located below our architect-designed house.
This fully independent studio with large bay windows provides plenty of light in all seasons. Its large exotic wood terrace, outdoor furniture, large Jacuzzi (usable all year round), gas plancha and deckchairs await you for pleasant moments. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels and heating are included in the price. Secure parking.
