Pretty house in Noirmoutrine. Perfect for holidays with family or friends. Very bright, the house opens onto a south-facing garden with a furnished terrace, and onto a patio on the north side sheltered from the wind, which is also perfect for lunch or relaxing. All on one level.

3 bedrooms (2 double 160cm beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 90cm)). Separate WC. Shower room with double basin and shower. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Terrace with gas grill, chiliennes and table and chairs for lunch. Parasol. Patio with high table and seating area.

Very quiet, residential area, ideally located 900m from Sableaux beach and 1km from Dames beach. Footpath from the house through the marshes to the town centre (chateau 1.4km away) on foot or by bike, making for a pleasant stroll.

Cleaning costs €90 (compulsory). Possibility of hiring household linen from the concierge service (double set: €20 / single set: €15 / towel kit: €10. Maximum capacity of the house: 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children. Not suitable for 8 adults. Animals not accepted. Arrival time from 4pm / departure time before 10am.

Weekend rental: possibility of leaving on Sunday afternoon (except during school holidays and/or if not rented afterwards). Easter weekend, 1st May and 8th May 2026: 3 nights minimum. Ascension Day: 4 nights minimum. July and August: rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
