Our great-grandmother's country home on 1 hectare of enclosed land, a 19th-century bourgeois house in the village, on a working vineyard. 3 bedrooms (accessed by a few steps): one with two 90x190 beds, one with a 160x200 bed, one with a 130x190 bed. Shower room, large 2-sink shower. Separate WC. Large living room with sofa and armchair, billiards table. Second floor: dining room with sitting area and 4 armchairs, another dining room and separate kitchen. In front of the house: 10m² terrace with garden furniture on the same level, in the garden: swing with mosquito net, deckchairs and, to the south, a terrace with awning (access by foot from the garden). Hard barbecue with vine shoots provided.
