Enjoy this comfortable and elegant cottage, fully renovated and kitted out in 2023 (new bedding and sofa)! A true haven of peace and tranquillity, designed to be comfortable in both summer and winter and suited to the Normandy climate! You can also enjoy a tree-lined garden and a 15 m² covered pergola.
Just 600 m from the D-Day beaches in the SWORD BEACH sector, accessible on foot or by bike via a cycle path.
Please note: for guests with reduced mobility, there are 3 steps leading up to the chalet.
The chalet is situated within a secure ‘Parc Résidence de Loisirs’ comprising 22 plots, where you are required to drive at a maximum speed of 10 km/h. The 230 m² private plot is fully enclosed and provides space to park up to 3 vehicles.

Sleeps: 6 guests. (Maximum 5 adults and 1 child / bunk beds)

• 1 bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds and a wardrobe
• 1 sofa bed with a high-quality 140x190 mattress

• 1 pet is allowed

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: multifunction oven (microwave / grill / fan-assisted) – toaster – kettle – Senseo coffee machine – induction hob – smart TV – Wi-Fi (included) – sofa bed - 1 armchair - barbecue - garden furniture - a baby kit (travel cot and high chair) is available on request - Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.

BEDDING
• Duvets and pillows are provided for all guests
However, bed linen is compulsory (duvet cover + pillowcase).
You have the choice:
• Bring your own bed linen and towels
• or hire, for an additional €10 per person for the duration of your stay,
our linen kit: duvet cover + pillowcase + bath towel

PETS WELCOME
Pets are welcome (subject to an additional charge).
The fully enclosed grounds allow them to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety. Please clear up after your pets before you leave, to keep the area clean for everyone.

beach, shops (bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, post office, chemist’s, hairdresser’s, florist’s, bar-tobacconist-lottery outlet, restaurants and pizza van), GP.
• A few minutes’ drive:
Colleville-Montgomery also has an Auchan hypermarket, as well as shops (clothing, bookshop, hairdresser, etc.).
• There are plenty of activities nearby: horse riding, hiking, cycling (cycle path), sailing, fishing, golf, swimming pool, thalassotherapy…
