Bistrot du Conquérant

A restaurant professional with over 20 years' experience and originally from Tours, Indre-et-Loire. 9 January 2023 marked a new stage in our professional lives, with the opening of our own traditional cuisine establishment in Calvados. It's the Bistrot du Conquérant, in Falaise.

We're passionate about French gastronomy and conviviality. To share this with as many people as possible, we decided to create a restaurant that resembles us, a place where flavours are respected and products used to their full potential.
