Freshly built, it offers a spacious bedroom with 160 cm double bed and memory foam mattress, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, living room with sofa and TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney), fully equipped kitchen. The decor blends new and authentic, with furniture and objects restored by us to give them a second life.
A private terrace with a plancha, ideal for evenings out. Carport.
