The gite "La Nichette", on two levels, is independent and functional for 4 people.
Located near the owners' house in a quiet hamlet, all shops and services 7 km away.
First floor: pleasant living room (opening onto the enclosed front courtyard, with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol) comprising the living room with sitting area (TV, wood-burning stove, board games) and fitted kitchen opening onto a small shaded courtyard at the rear of the house.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room and WC.
First-floor landing with hanging space.
Oil-fired central heating (according to consumption).
Outdoor space. Private parking lot. Enclosed courtyard. Animal deposit.
Gas for plancha to be paid to owner (by weight).
