A master ice-cream maker since 2008 in Mouans-Sartoux, Karim RAHAL makes his ice creams and sorbets locally in his laboratory, in the traditional way.
Les Délices d'Aurile offers more than sixty flavours in season, to take away for a stroll through the pedestrian streets of the village, or to enjoy on the spot in magnificent ice cream sundaes!
