Atelier Bleu - Cpie Côte Provençale

L'Atelier Bleu - CPIE Côte Provençale - is an association for environmental education and a training organisation working in the Provence region.
The objectives of the association Atelier Bleu - CPIE Côte Provençale - are to accompany the ecological transition on the Provençal coast, to encourage eco-responsible behaviour through education, training and awareness-raising.

The association, which used to be called Atelier Bleu du Cap de l'Aigle, was created in 1984 to protect the natural heritage of the Calanques and the Parc du Mugel in La Ciotat. It has been labelled as a Permanent Centre for Environmental Initiatives (CPIE Côte Provençale) since 2001.
A CPIE listens to its territory and its inhabitants. With its partners, it imagines actions and projects that respond to local issues and to local expectations and dynamics in favour of the environment.
The ambitions of the Atelier Bleu - CPIE Côte Provençale - are to encourage people to marvel at the richness of ecosystems and their biodiversity, both marine and terrestrial, and to raise awareness in order to encourage the adoption of eco-responsible behaviour at all ages and in all spheres of public and private life.

The Atelier Bleu - CPIE Côte Provençale - is an environmental education association based in La Ciotat.
Its location near the Parc du Mugel in La Ciotat, the gateway to the Calanques National Park and the sea, means that it can offer a wide range of activities for discovering the aquatic and terrestrial environments: underwater trails, sporting challenges, guided walks, etc.
Comprising a dynamic team of specialist educators and trainers, Atelier Bleu - CPIE Côte Provençale - runs over 50 projects a year, benefiting 12,000 people every year.
