Construit en 2001, le nouveau corps de bâtiment des thermes d'Evaux-les-Bains propose des soins pour les affections rhumatologiques, phlébologiques et gynécologiques. Le bassin romain, découvert en 1833 à l'occasion de travaux, est aujourd'hui utilisé pour la culture d'une algue cicatrisante.
