Description

** THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER **
Prepare to discover another world and another time!
Plimoth Plantation, just outside Boston, is a living reproduction of the tiny maritime and farming community built by the Pilgrims Fathers. You will get to see what life was like in this village by watching pilgrims as they go about their daily business. You can also talk to them and ask them everything you want to know (in English)! You will also visit the plantation museum and Hobbamock's Homesite, the house of a Native American who proved a valuable aid to the community.
You will then go to the seafront and climb on board the Mayflower II! This ship is a life-size reproduction of the famous Mayflower. You will get to see what the conditions were like during the famous 17th century Atlantic crossing.
You will then have some free time to explore the various shops, historic sites and restaurants in the port town of Plymouth. Your bus will take you back to Boston at the end of the day.
