Situated between the port and the town, the residence adjoins the world-renowned Ornithological Reserve.
Located south of the Teich marina, close to a riverside bathing area (300 m) and the Teich beach (4 km away, accessible by footpath or bicycle), and in the immediate vicinity of the Bay of Arcachon, it comprises 107 apartments in 18 houses inspired by the traditional cabane tchanquée architecture. Each apartment features a living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped dining area with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, satellite TV (extra charge), terrace or loggia with garden furniture and bike rack. Heated outdoor pool (April to June and September), sun loungers, bike storage, cot available on loan from reception (free of charge).
