With walks along the riverbank, relaxing moments on the terrace and outdoor activities, this is the ideal spot for a rejuvenating break in Anjou, set in lush green surroundings that appeal to young and old alike.

The gîte, accessed via a few steps, opens onto a pleasant, light-filled living room designed for sharing truly convivial moments. Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your meals, a cosy dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a television – perfect for cosy evenings in after a day of exploring.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, everyone has their own space thanks to two comfortable bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), offering an ideal layout for families. One of the bedrooms also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, providing even greater comfort and privacy. A second separate bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation.

Outside, the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside will quickly become your favourite spot during your holiday. As soon as the weather turns fine, enjoy an al fresco meal around the barbecue, settle down comfortably in the garden furniture or relax on a sun lounger, lulled by the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the chance to fish right on the property – a real bonus for enthusiasts and for children keen to try their hand at this activity. The area is also ideal for walking or cycling, with numerous paths allowing you to explore the typical landscapes of the Haut-Anjou.

During your stay, set off to discover the region’s must-see attractions: Segré (4 km), a charming waterside town with its shops and marina; the Mine Bleue in Noyant-la-Gravoyère (7 km), a fascinating underground experience that’s a big hit with families; Le Lion-d’Angers and its famous National Stud Farm (20 km), perfect for an outing combining heritage and nature; or Angers (45 km), with its imposing castle, historic narrow streets and the Terra Botanica botanical theme park, a must-visit for a fun-filled day out with the children. Animal lovers can also visit La Flèche Zoo, around 75 km away, a very popular family outing.

For your comfort, Wi-Fi is included. Also included in the rental price are: service charges, heating, bed linen and towels, so you can travel light and make the most of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost of €19.
