Treat yourself to a relaxing interlude in our charming farmhouse in Chazé-sur-Argos, designed for holidays with family or friends. You'll enjoy an indoor swimming spa heated all year round to 34°C, a hanging net, a cosy lounge and a convivial kitchen with a working fireplace for grilling indoors. A heated outdoor swimming pool is also available from April to September, weather permitting.

As soon as you enter, you'll discover a vast living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. There are several dining areas, including a large extendable table that can seat up to twelve people, as well as a cosy sitting area in natural stone, ideal for gathering around the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with filter, Dolce Gusto and Senseo coffee makers, as well as a beer taps.

On the ground floor there is a master suite with king-size bed, two modular bedrooms separated by a curtain, a bathroom with shower and large corner bath, an indoor swimming spa with counter-current pool, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate WC. The rooms are designed to accommodate children and babies, with a changing table, cot and high chair.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, also separated by a curtain, complete the sleeping arrangements. A mezzanine offers several extra beds and a children's area with games and toys. A bathroom with shower and WC is also available on this level. A sixth sleeping area can be added if required.

Outside, you will enjoy 2,000 m² of fully fenced grounds. A south-facing stone terrace, accessible from the kitchen, overlooks the swimming pool and wooded garden and has play equipment for children. A second wooden terrace, facing west, extends the spa area and invites you to relax. There is a covered play area with table tennis, table football, wooden games, darts and a fridge. A barbecue is available, with wood supplied. The immediate vicinity offers hiking trails and the possibility of accommodating horses on request. Private parking is available on site.

The adjoining field is home to our friendly housemates: horse, Shetland pony, goats, chickens and a very sociable cat.

The house is ideal for up to thirteen adults, a child and a baby, with the possibility of sleeping up to fifteen people in extra beds. For more privacy or to accommodate up to fifteen adults without children, an additional bedroom with double bed can be opened as an option.

On the practical side, shops are just three kilometres away. Bed linen is provided and towels can be provided as an extra. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi and flexible arrival and departure times. A deposit by cheque is required on arrival. The house is non-smoking and has steps; it is therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A security camera can be seen outside at the main entrance, solely for the protection of the property and without recording private areas.
