* In the unlikely event that St Mark's Basilica is closed, a comprehensive tour of the exterior of the Basilica will take place
* OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE RELIGIOUS NATURE OF THE SITES, PARTICIPANTS ARE ASKED NOT TO WEAR FLIP-FLOPS, SHORTS, SKIRTS FALLING ABOVE THE KNEE, SLEEVELESS TOPS AND ANY OTHER INNAPROPRIATE CLOTHING
* Certain parts of the tour are exposed to the sun and can get very hot. You are advised to bring a hat, sun cream and a bottle of water
* Please note that this tour is not suitable for persons using a wheelchair or a pushchair/stroller
* In order to make the most of your guide's commentary, you will be provided with earphones
* FOR SECURITY REASONS, THE ST MARK'S BASILICA AND DOGE'S PALACE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF BAGS. IT IS THEREFORE POSSIBLE THAT YOU EXPERIENCE A WAITING TIME AT THE SECURITY CHECK-POINT, GIVEN THE HIGH NUMBER OF VISITORS. YOUR GUIDE WILL MAKE SURE ANY DELAYS ARE MINIMIZED AND THAT YOU GET ACCESS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
