* To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher and ticket to the service provider on the day
* Please arrive with your voucher and ticket ready 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
* The flight will last around 1 hour and you will be standing for the duration
* Flights take place 1 hour after sunrise in the morning. You will be asked to contact our partner after your booking has been confirmed to find out the exact time of your flight
* Children must be at least 6 years old to take part in this activity (or 1.20m tall). Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
* This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
* People with serious health issues or who have undergone an operation recently must show a doctor's certificate proving their ability to take part in the activity
* The hot air balloon moves according to the wind, so no exact itinerary can be guaranteed
* The pilot reserves the right to change the duration, point of departure, meeting time or any other element of the flight
* The hot air balloon flight is subject to cancellation in case of bad weather
* Please wear comfortable clothing – no skirts. The temperature is the same as on the ground, but we still recommend wearing warm clothes for the preparation phase and for landing
* Our partner will email you your ticket once your booking has been confirmed
