A 3-star luxury villa, ideally situated in the listed area of the Bois de la Chaise, 50 metres from La Clère beach, 1 km from Les Dames beach, 1.2 km from Le Vieil, and 10 minutes from the town centre. Everything can be done by bike.

A single-storey, south-facing family villa set in a enclosed, landscaped garden, accessed via a private lane. Parking available within the grounds.

*4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a 180 bed (2×90) and 2 sets of 90 bunk beds, 1 bedroom adjoining the house with a 140 mezzanine bed and a washbasin. All bedrooms are fitted with storage space, including shelves and a wardrobe. A cot is available.
* Dining room with a table seating 10 people, a TV lounge area and a reading corner,
* Fully equipped kitchen and pantry (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, electric barbecue, high chair).

As the Bois de la Chaise site is a listed area, guests are asked to respect the peaceful environment; loudspeakers are prohibited and, for everyone’s safety, open fires and barbecues are not permitted.
It is possible to moor a boat on the foreshore, which falls dry at high tide.

Noirmoutier, the Bois de la Chaise, its beaches, its cycling, walking and boating trails, its shellfish gathering, its sporting activities – an ideal spot for a holiday with family or friends in a stunning setting.
