FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF, ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF A TRADITIONAL HAMMAM.
Design your own route and alternate between hot, temperate and cold pools.
We offer that you start with a lukewarm shower and head to temperate pools with 36-degree-Celsius water. Once your body is relaxed and your skin is prepared, head to the warm bath with 39-degree water. Continue your course to the 90-degree Turkish bath. Water vapour and very hot water contribute to the flexibility and hydration of the skin. Finish off with a dive in the 18-degree fresh water pool.
Between each bath, unwind in the zen atmosphere of the relaxation room. Hydrate yourself by drinking mint tea, which has hydrating and stimulating properties.
You will love the relaxing massage with essential oils, which is offered as an option. This service is offered for the back, the feet or both.

* Point of departure: close to the tourist information office of Granada, in the Albaicin neighbourhood
* To take part in this activity simply present your booking voucher to the local tour operator
* The duration of the massage is included in the ninety-minute session and you must respect the given time
* We recommend staying hydrated by drinking tea or water
* It is recommended not to stay longer than 10 consecutive minutes in the hot water room or in the vapour room to avoid any blood pressure drop
* You must wear a bathing suit (one or two-piece). No underwear or thongs
* Wearing a bathing cap is not mandatory, however long hair must be tied up
* Shoes are permitted in the locker area only
* The establishment takes no responsibility for lost or forgotten items
* Animals and food are strictly prohibited
* Please speak in a low voice when in the bath area
* You must shower before going to the baths
* The establishment will provide each guest with a towel
* The duration of the session is one hour and a half
* Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryers, hydrating body lotion and lockers are available for free use
* Baths are mixed except for the locker area
* Children under 5 years of age may not enter the baths. Parents or any person responsible for children between 5 and 12 years of age must sign a release
