* Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
* Museum opening hours: 10am–6pm, until 10pm on Friday
* Last admission is 30 mins before closing
* An audio guide is available in 6 languages for a supplementary fee payable on the day (€5 per person)
* Cruise times: 10am to 5:45pm in the summer, 10am to 4:15pm in the winter
* Frequency: departs every 30 minutes in the summer and every hour in the winter
* Cruise duration: 1 hr. 15 mins approx.
* You must go to the address indicated on your voucher in order to pick up your priority-access ticket. You will not be granted admission into the museum with your voucher
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
