* Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
* Please note that this visit is carried out with an audio guide
* AUDIO GUIDES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN AGED UNDER 6 YEARS OLD
* Valid proof of ID will be requested in exchange for the audio guide, which will be conserved during the tour and given back when you drop off the audio guide at the end of the tour
* In the event that the audio guide is lost or damaged, the visitor may be subect to a €250 fine
* Please note that water bottles exceeding 0,5L are not authorized in the museum and that it is forbidden to drink in the exhibit rooms. Security officials overseeing metal detector checks will confiscate all drinks
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
