Family restaurant in an old alpine farmhouse offering simple, seasonal cuisine, with a focus on local products, both in summer and winter.
Slowly Val d'Arly" Festival special menu.
Tuesday, July 22, lunchtime only. Single price: €26
Starter: Tomato tart with wild thyme and Flumet ewe's milk cheese.
Main course: Megeve pork belly, jus and creamy polenta with Beaufort.
Dessert: Rice made with alpine milk, flavored with meadowsweet.
Reservations strongly recommended.
