* Availability: every day while Buckingham Palace is open (except in exceptional circumstances)
* Departure: Duke of York Statue, Waterloo Place
* To take part in this activity, simply present your booking voucher at the meeting point
* Security checks take place at the entrance to Buckingham Palace, which means it may take longer to enter the building. Please don't bring large bags, rucksacks or suitcases
* Guides are not allowed to speak on the palace premises, so your guide will talk to you about the palace before your tour and audio guides will be made available to you
* The tour takes places in a small group with a maximum of 25 people
* You will be provided with headphones so that you can hear your guide at all times
* This activity is not suitable for people of reduced mobility and people with children in push-chairs
* Please wear comfortable walking shoes
* Please bring something to protect you from potential rain
* Photos are not allowed inside Buckingham Palace
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
