Obicà, the world's first mozzarella bar: Founded in Rome in 2004, Obicà offers contemporary, convivial Italian cuisine. Present in over 20 cities including Milan, London and New York, the restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience, centered on Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and traditional Italian products, in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Our mozzarella di Bufala comes exclusively from certified cheese dairies located in the area of origin defined by the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Stracciatella and Burrata are made from cow's milk and come from Puglia.
