




Originally from Puglia and Sicily, Chef Vincenzo Calderone's cuisine is mainly Italian, with a few touches from here and there. He works exclusively with fresh market produce, in collaboration with local, Belgian and Italian producers. The menu is therefore limited and based on seasonal produce and the Chef's intuition.
Open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Open Thursday and Friday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
