We've tried to create a space that respects our convictions and our desire to do things differently. Pomme et Mirabelle can accommodate 2 people in its entire Ecolodge formula. To make the most of the day, the Ecolodge has a lovely sheltered terrace opening onto the entrance hall and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with access to another small terrace, and a comfortable bathroom. The uncluttered setting is illuminated by the meadow, orchard, apiary and garden.
Doing things differently in our gîte: less waste and sorting it, more noble, healthy, natural, local and sustainable materials (wood, glass, steel), less consumption and less impact (sobriety and comfort of equipment), more clean energy (solar thermal and photovoltaic), less stress and more calm, less individualism and more true sharing.
The list is not exhaustive, but there's so much we can do together. That's what we're trying to do with our B&B today, through a host of small gestures, every day.

The village of Liézey is the starting point for marked walks and bike rides. Two inns offer local specialities, traditional dishes and the sale of local produce. The Maison des Artisans is a place to discover the skills and know-how of the Vosges mountains. Liézey is 7 km from Gérardmer, where you'll find a wide range of activities (lakes, swimming pool, trail, skiing, bike rentals, sports halls, cinemas, bowling, casino, etc.), shops, markets, restaurants and transport.
