Mont de Doville

A chain of hills rises to the west of the Regional Natural Park of the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes. Among these hills, the one of Doville is covered with a very characteristic vegetation of heather and gorse. While walking through it, discover the remains of an old mill, a guard house and a chapel. From the top of its 130m, the Mont de Doville offers an exceptional panorama on the whole territory: the surrounding mountains, the marshes or the Channel Islands.
A parking lot and a picnic area are waiting for you at the top of the mount. On the spot you will find an orientation table as well as a discovery trail with educational panels.
