Parcours botanique d'Ezy-sur-Eure

30 kilometers from Evreux, discover some 50 rare plant species.
In the south-east of the Eure department lies the botanical trail at Ezy-sur-Eure, one of Haute-Normandie's major natural sites. Long ignored by naturalists, it now reveals, on the chalky slopes of the Côte Blanche d'Ezy, some fifty rare, rare or endangered plant species, alongside equally exceptional butterflies and insects. Placed at the foot of the trees, the Office National des Forêts panels and desks enable visitors to discover some astonishing species: rare orchids, green lizards, endemic crickets...
