Église Notre-Dame

Dating back to end 15th /early 16th century, Notre-Dame de Villedieu church gives the most authentic account of the creation of the famous town of copper and the collective memory of its inhabitants. Its walls and its decorations are impregnated with the atmosphere of the struggles for power, historic events and the faith of the Sourdins (Villedieu-les-Poêles inhabitants) over the centuries. Its style is marked by every step of the spiritual and temporal life.
