Brasserie Les deux Amants

The "Brasserie des deux amants" (Two Lovers Brewery) is a recent family-run, craft brewery located in Val-De-Reuil, at the Hauts Prés Organic Farming Centre. All year round, Bruno Couchaud passionately brews his beer from organic ingredients. The beer is then bottled or kept in kegs and distributed throughout Normandy. "The Two Lovers Beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, as uncompromising and unadorned as the heroes of our history. It is handcrafted using organic ingredients and bottle fermented on full moon nights. Just like a story book in an impeccably tidied library, it should be kept vertically in a cool place."
