The mill stands on the Houlles stream, a small tributary of the Vire. It operated until 1970, when the last miller died, and was subsequently renovated
by Monsieur Goupil. Mr. Goupil built the wheel, made entirely of wood,
but also the millstones, the hoppers of the millstones, which once again crush grain.
This small mill provided many families with wheat flour. Now owned by the commune, it is possible to see it turning and admire its ancestral mechanism.
