* Museum opening hours: Museums and monuments in Rome are generally open from 10am to 6pm. However, you are advised to check the opening times of each museum before planning your visit
* ATTENTION: ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER BY EMAIL. UPON ARRIVAL ON SITE, YOU WILL HAVE TO EXCHANGE THIS VOUCHER FOR YOUR PASS FROM ONE OF THE RETRIEVAL POINTS MENTIONED ON THE VOUCHER
* You are asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book, but your pass is not restricted to this date – it will be valid for 72 hours from the first day of use and can be used any time within 12 months of the purchase date

* The Sistine Chapel is only accessible through the Vatican Museums

* NEW SECURITY CHECKS WITH AIRPORT-STYLE CONTROLS HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE AT THE COLOSSEUM. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT VISITORS, INCLUDING THOSE IN POSSESSION OF FAST-TRACK TICKETS, EXPERIENCE A WAITING TIME TO PASS THE SECURITY CHECK POINT 
* The information booklet provided with the pass is in English and Italian
* AFTER REGISTRATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE VOUCHER BY EMAIL. PLEASE EXCHANGE THE VOUCHER FOR AN OFFICIAL PASS AT ONE OF THE PICK UP POINTS MENTIONED ON THE VOUCHER.
* The pass includes 1 free museum entry. This will be applied to the FIRST museum you visit with the pass. For example, if you reserve a visit to the Borghese Gallery, then decide to go to the Capitole Museums first, you will have free entry to the Capitole Museums but will be asked to pay a reduced entry fee for the Borghese Gallery
* The pass comes in the form of 1 Rome Pass + 1 Vatican Pass + 1 Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Tour Pass + 1 Transport Pass + 1 information booklet + 1 map of Rome
 

Cancellation terms

Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

A suggestion of a possible program over 72 hours allowing for an over 20% reduction:
Stay with the hop-on, hop-off bus + public transport card
1st day: Coliseum, Roman Forum, + Palatine and the Capitole Museums
2nd day: The Vatican Museums and the Sixtine Chapel, Saint Peter's Basilica with audioguide
3rd day: Saint Peter's Prison and the St Jean de Latran Basilica with audioguide
The pass also offers reductions and discounts on other monuments, you can save even more money depending on the combination.
