In the kitchen, we use fresh produce bursting with vitamins, so you can enjoy a delicious meal while taking care of your body (and mind).

Every week, the chef creates a new menu based on seasonal arrivals and tastes: reinvented flavours that are always delicious.

The recipes are inspired by dishes from the Mediterranean, the West Indies, Africa... our taste buds like to travel too!
