Your ticket for the Louvre gives you fast-track access to the museum and is valid until closing time. In order to avoid the long wait at the entrance, you must collect your ticket and audio guide from an office located just a few metres from the Louvre (exact address detailed on booking voucher).

* YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT OF €30 PER AUDIO GUIDE BEFORE YOU SET OFF FOR THE TOUR. THIS DEPOSIT IS GIVEN BACK UPON RETURN OF THE AUDIO GUIDE AT THE END OF THE TOUR

* Large bags, buggies and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom
* This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (walking tour)
* There is no access to an elevator during this tour
* The Louvre Museum closes at 10:00pm on Wednesdays and Fridays
* IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE AUDIO GUIDE IS RETURNED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER AT THE END OF THE TOUR

Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
