Opened in December 2022, this new 70m² gîte is located in the owner's pretty mansion with an independent entrance. It is ideally located 500m from Saint-Amé town center and the forest with its marked hiking trails leading to the mountain of Saint-Mont, and 1km from the Voie Verte (53km multi-activity trail with free access and in complete safety allowing the practice of walking, cycling, rollerblading...) and rock climbing.

Located on the ground floor, the cottage is composed of a living room of 35m² with sofa and television, two large bedrooms of 18m² each, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette grill, fondue. A 20m² laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer: this room is also available to store equipment such as bicycles, skis, etc. Bicycles are also available.
