Le Chalet de l'Yères

Le chalet de l'Yères is a wooden country cottage with a guaranteed cocoon feel. This little 50 m2 nest can accommodate 2/3 people (2 adults and 1 child max)
Private 1500 m2 garden bordered by the river.
A dream if you want to enjoy nature and animals and let your most faithful companion run around.
A fully-equipped kitchen for picnicking at any time of day.
A cosy living room with a fire to warm you up at tea time or for a moment of conviviality.

First floor:
A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine) with dining area (4 people) opening onto living room (pass-through opening with 2 bar chairs),

Living room with 2-seater sofa convertible into bed (Dunlopillo mattress), pellet stove, TV area.
WC and washing-machine area.

First floor:
An open-plan sleeping area (bed 140) and another adjoining sleeping area (semi-open-plan) with a child's bed and the possibility of adding an umbrella bed.

Shower room with toilet (windows)

The accommodation is not equipped with sheets, towels and kitchen towels: possibility of taking advantage of this service for 15? per person for the duration of the stay (beds made on arrival): supplement to be paid on site

Please note that the upstairs chalet is under sloping ceilings: tall people won't find the comfort they're looking for...

Possibility of renting our other gîte, Le Clos Vildor (8 people), located around 100 m away and totally independent (on the other side of the river).

The 2 sites are well separated. No nuisance.

Possibility of fishing in the river in season with a daily or weekly permit

Dogs are welcome, but please no 1st or 2nd category dogs: supplement 10?/day/pet to be paid on arrival
