La Grange

Situated in the calm of the Thouarsaise countryside, surrounded by 6 hectares of meadows where horses, ponies and donkeys roam, the barn offers 350m² of space. As you enter, a large, bright 100m² room welcomes you, with a large living room with sofas and television, and a relaxation area with numerous games (table soccer, billiards, darts, etc.). A few steps lead up to a large, fully-equipped kitchen. A bay window gives access to a private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. A corridor leads to two bathrooms with wc, one with a large walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Upstairs, a relaxation area leads to 4 large bedrooms: 1 family room with a 140cm bed and 90cm bunk beds, 1 room with a 160cm bed and 2 rooms with 2 90cm beds each.
