Outside, private terrace and private grounds of 250m². Shared facilities on the 5-hectare estate: heated swimming pool open from 1 June to 31 October 2023, barbecues available, children's games, table tennis, boules pitch, bicycles, coin-operated laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer). Fenced meadow with horses and donkeys.
