The Compagnie de Bouteville combines culture and flavors during a food pairing visit combining manufacturing secrets and gastronomy in the heart of the Grande Champagne region.
During the tour, guests discover the manufacturing process of the products and the range of flavors during a tasting and finish with a food/vinegar pairing with oysters and/or a platter of charcuterie and cheeses.
