The Musée de l'Automobile de Lorraine is an association museum housed in an original building of a former NATO military base. It is located in the Parc de Loisirs de la Forêt de Haye.
The museum has a permanent display of around 80 cars, mainly dating from the 1900s to the 1980s. As the cars are owned by the association's members, the content of the museum is regularly updated, and new models are discovered with each visit. The museum also organizes a thematic temporary exhibition every year.
The Musée de l'Automoble de Lorraine also exhibits a number of 2-wheelers, motorcycles and mopeds, as well as an original and comprehensive collection of grease guns. Garage components, plaques and posters decorate the building. The museum also has a bar area and a small store selling miniatures. There is ample free parking. Finally, the museum offers its members a workshop for the maintenance and repair of their cars.
